I am a watercolor artist drawn to paint the landscape and native flowers of the prairies, mountains and forests that surround me. The language of light and shadow best helps me tell stories of their hidden beauty. I sometimes include a figure in the landscape in order to continue the conversation about our relationships with the elements of land, sea and sky and ultimately with ourselves.

Your privacy is fully respected and no personal information is shared. Emails from me about my art practice, upcoming exhibitions or blog posts about new painting collections will not fill up your inbox. You may hear from me seasonally or annually and perhaps during current exhibitions. Feel free to come and go from this list as you wish. Thanks in advance for our future artful conversations.
